Dr. Crosby is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck surgery and is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. He hails originally from the state of Louisiana, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering at Louisiana State University (LSU).

He attended medical school and completed his residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the LSU Health Sciences Center School of Medicine, New Orleans. He then headed north to complete a two-year fellowship in Laryngology at New York University (NYU) Grossman School of Medicine and NYU Langone Health.

Dr. Crosby provides subspecialty laryngology services at the UCSF Voice and Swallow Center where his clinical and research interests include all aspects of laryngology including management of voice, airway, and swallowing disorders.

Dr. Crosby also provides comprehensive otolaryngology inpatient services at the UCSF Helen Diller Medical Center at Parnassus Heights where he has a particular focus on complex airway stenosis in collaboration with an excellent interventional pulmonology team.
