With his broad expertise and knowledge, he is capable of treating a variety of complex medical conditions including dementia, heart failure, cancer, COPD, as well as life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses.

Dr. Grandhe is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to his patients, and he has a deep understanding of the latest medical research, treatments, and evidence-based practices. He works with all of his patients to provide personalized care that takes into account their unique needs and medical histories. Dr. Grandhe's expertise is particularly valuable in the treatment of complex advanced malignant hematology and solid tumors, where he is able to use his extensive knowledge and clinical experience to manage the symptoms of these conditions in a variety of clinical settings. He also works with patients and families to address concerns, provide information, and support goal-concordant shared decision-making.

Dr. Grandhe graduated with high honors from Sri Ramachandra University, a Harvard Medical International Affiliated Institution in southern India, before returning to the US to complete his Internal Medicine Residency program at UCLA-Kern Medical Center. He then completed a fellowship at Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
