with Dr. Olivier Piguet at the University of Sydney to further pursue her interest in human cognitive function, focusing on the role of the cerebellum in cognition. Dr. Chen then spent two years as a research scientist at China National Clinical Research Center for Neurological Diseases, Beijing TianTan Hospital, China before joining Dr. Katherine Rankin's lab at the Memory and Aging Center in August 2021.
Her research uses a combination of clinical, neuropsychological, and multimodal neuroimaging approaches to investigate the neural substrates of cognitive changes in neurodegenerative and neurological disorders, with a focus on the cerebellum and social cognition.
