Shannon Fuller, MS

As a qualitative analyst, she works on mixed-method studies focusing on domestic healthcare policy and the evaluation of interventions to improve HIV care outcomes among vulnerable populations. She has over five years of experience conducting and analyzing interviews with program leaders, policy makers, clinicians, and patients.

Prior to joining CAPS, Ms. Fuller worked at the San Francisco Department of Public Health’s City Clinic as a clinical research assistant and with the Human Rights Center at the UC, Berkeley School of Law on an evaluation of safe shelters for refugees and internally displaced persons. Her international work has focused on access to primary care and clean water. Ms. Fuller founded GlobeMed at Rhodes College, developing an on-going partnership with AMOS to implement a water filtration initiative and support community health worker training programs in rural Nicaragua.
