Clinical Interests- Dr. Dixit is a non-invasive cardiologist who specializes in cardiac imaging, specifically echocardiography. Her clinical interests include the use of transthoracic, stress, transesophageal and three-dimensional echocardiography in the assessment and treatment of valvular heart disease and other cardiomyopathies.

She assists the structural interventional team with imaging during transcatheter valve procedures.
Research Interests- Dr. Dixit has previously conducted research examining lifestyle factors, such as secondhand smoke, caffeine, and alcohol consumption, as they pertain to cardiac arrhythmias. Her current research interests pertain to using novel imaging modalities, such as strain echocardiography, for the detection of subclinical cardiomyopathies and the prediction of future cardiovascular events.
