Samuel Hatfield is a hospitalist at the San Francisco General Hospital. He splits his clinical time between the Resident Inpatient Service, the Faculty Inpatient Service, and the Medicine Consulting Service. His academic and project work is split between global health equity, education and quality improvement. He is particularly focused on initiatives in building clinical infrastructure and developing curriculum in various settings
