Dr. Rishika Chugh is Assistant Professor of Medicine in the division of Gastroenterology at the University of California San Francisco.

She received her medical doctorate from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA in 2015. She then completed her training in internal medicine at Montefiore Medical Center. She went on to complete her fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at Yale New Haven Hospital where she also served as a chief fellow in her final year. Following this, she pursued a second fellowship in inflammatory bowel disease at the University of California San Francisco, mentored by Dr. Uma Mahadevan. She is board certified in both internal medicine and gastroenterology. Dr. Chugh also serves as faculty at the Colitis and Crohn's Center at UCSF. She sees inflammatory bowel disease patients as well as those with other GI concerns.
