Dr. Rahael Cherian Borchers is an internal medicine physician at San Francisco General Hospital and a fellow in the National Clinician Scholars Program at UCSF. She is committed to providing holistic patient care at an individual level, and advancing health equity at a societal level. Her work focuses on immigrant health and transitions of care for high-risk patients.
