I study brain diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's using imaging. My main interests are improving diagnosis and assessing treatment efficacy. I accomplish this by developing novel computational methods for analyzing brain images using MRI physics as well as modern concepts of probability theory and statistical learning.
