Nooshin Navidi Latour heads communications for the Vice Chancellor Office for Science Policy and Strategy, UCSF Bakar Institute for Computational Health Sciences Institute (BCHSI) and UCSF Precision Medicine. She was formerly in charge of communications and marketing at the UCSF Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) for several years.

Previously, Latour was at the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health, Bay Area Video Coalition, think tank Next 10, The Japan Times, and a couple of early-stage startups. She directed, produced and edited a documentary film in Iran titled "Young Republic / Jomhurieh Javan."
