Natalie Escobar, MD

Natalie Escobar, MD graduated from NYU Grossman School of Medicine and is currently a General Surgery resident at UCSF. She has a strong research background in trauma systems and disparities in care, and will be joining the lab for her research fellowship to study mechanisms of venous thromboembolism in injured patients. She will be full time in the Kornblith Lab for 2 years focused on the role of P-selectin in injury biology and outcomes for injured patients.
