Biangone’s scholarship examines factors that influence academic performance, particularly resilience, goal attainment, and psychological capital, and translates findings into practical tools for students and faculty. I work nationally and internationally to support programs serving learners from low-income and marginalized backgrounds, with an emphasis on mission-aligned student support, fair testing policy, and faculty development that promotes equitable outcomes.
