Maddy Griffith is a Project Policy Analyst III and works on a variety of global and domestic research projects related to sexual and reproductive health, implementation science, and program evaluation.

Projects include the Innovations for Choice and Autonomy (ICAN) implementation research project in Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, and Uganda, where Maddy manages implementation research and program evaluation workstreams in Nigeria and Uganda, supports qualitative and quantitative data management, analysis, and research dissemination efforts. She also manages two DCE-focused research projects: one on self-managed abortion preferences in Mississippi, and another on PrEP preferences among young men in South Africa. She has extensive experience with clinical research coordination and project management, and is interested in promoting reproductive health and education for all, particularly underserved populations. Maddy completed her MPH in Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health at UC Berkeley, and her BS in Biopsychology at UC Santa Barbara.
