Kendall Gross, PharmD, BCPS, DPLA is the Manager of the Pharmacy Informatics & Automation Teams at UCSF Health. She received her PharmD from the University of Georgia and completed residency training in Pharmacy and Critical Care at the University of Kentucky before joining UCSF.

Through improvement work as a clinician, she developed an interest in using technology to drive high value care and established a new Clinical Informatics role. She now leads the Pharmacy Informatics Team focused on optimizing medication-use systems by leveraging informatics, analytics and automation. She also serves as an adjunct Associate Professor at UCSF School of Pharmacy and is a Diplomate of the ASHP Pharmacy Leadership Academy.
