I am an assistant professor in the Department of Community Health Systems and the director of the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at the University of California San Francisco. My research interests are the use of Acupuncture and other Complementary and Alternative Medicine for posttraumatic stress disorder, perceived stress, pain, and sleep disturbances in service members and veterans.
