J. Ben Davoren, MD, PhD is Professor of Clinical Medicine within the Division of Hematology/Oncology at UCSF. His clinical practice is general hematology and oncology at the San Francisco VA Medical Center, where he is also Associate Chief of Staff for Clinical Informatics. His oncology research interests are in gastrointestinal malignancies. His informatics research interests are in the area of implementation of electronic health records and the impact on workflow and efficiency.
