I am a physician scientist in the Departments of Radiation Oncology, Neurological Surgery, and Cell and Tissue Biology. My clinical expertise is providing radiotherapy for children and adults with nervous system cancers. Our laboratory studies cell signaling and tumor suppressor biology with a focus on neurofibromatosis.

We leverage genomic, biochemical, pharmacologic, and functional approaches across a range of cell based systems, vertebrate models, and human patient specimens to advance our mechanistic understanding and build better tests and treatments for patients.
