Greta Davis received her MD from University of California, San Diego School of Medicine in 2021 and is currently an integrated plastic surgery resident at UCSF. Prior to beginning her medical training, she worked with Mercy Ships in Lausanne, Switzerland, where she leveraged financial and surgical outcomes data to generate resource and funding proposals for corporate and IGO sponsorship.

Greta serves as the senior resident leader for The Plastic Surgery Foundation’s Surgeons in Humanitarian Alliance for Reconstruction, Research and Education (SHARE) program, which seeks to improve surgical capacity in regions with limited numbers of plastic surgeons through international collaboration and mentorship. Her research interests include healthcare informatics, surgical outcomes research, and surgical education innovation. She is continually seeking ways to further her understanding and skill set within the field of global surgery and plastic surgery, with a particular interest in pediatric and craniofacial cases.
