Finley Baba (she/her) is a Senior Project Manager for the Advancing New Standards in Reproductive Health (ANSIRH) program at Bixby. She is involved in ANSIRH’s body of work around expanding access to medication abortion through alternative models of provision.

Finley has been at ANSIRH since 2016 and has worked on a number of different studies across the program focused on abortion access in the United States, as well as research around abortion policy and health professionals’ attitudes and willingness to provide abortion in Chile. Along the way, she has developed expertise in research management, survey design, and quantitative methods. Finley is passionate about reproductive health equity and how people access healthcare and abortion services, especially in restrictive policy settings. She is committed to work around equity, inclusion, and anti-racism and is deeply involved in ANSIRH’s DEI efforts.
