Dr. Kornblith is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist and clinical researcher based at SFVAMC with expertise in traumatic brain injury (TBI) and cognitive aging, rehabilitation research, telehealth, and clinical trials.

Her research program broadly focuses on understanding the impact of traumatic brain injury and social determinants of health on cognitive aging; characterizing cognitive and functional impairment in older adults with traumatic brain injury; and leveraging telehealth technology to increase access to effective treatment for as many TBI patients as possible regardless of demographics. She currently serves as PI of a VA-funded clinical trial adapting an existing cognitive rehabilitation intervention for telehealth delivery to Veterans with TBI, and also leads other projects funded by the Alzheimer’s Association and the UCSF Academic Senate.
