Dr. Ellen Chang earned her MD from Washington University in St Louis and an MS in biological chemistry from UCLA. During her general surgery internship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Chang was named Intern of the Year.

Dr. Chang completed a diagnostic radiology residency with a fourth-year neuroradiology concentration at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center followed by a musculoskeletal fellowship at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology.

Dr. Chang’s clinical practice focuses on musculoskeletal imaging across MRI, CT, radiography and ultrasound as well as procedures that include joint injections, biopsies, and spine interventions. Recent research has focused on image-guided spine interventions, acute ACL injury, and trainee education projects.
