Dr. Elisa Jang is currently serving as the Clinical Nurse Specialist and Professional Development Specialist for EBP and Implementation Science at UCSF Health and also is faculty for the UCSF School of Nursing, DNP Program. She also serves as volunteer faculty for the Evidence-Based Practice Clinical Immersion Program and is EBP-C Advisory Board with the Fuld National Institute for EBP.

Dr. Jang has 18 years of experience as a clinical nurse specialist, specializing in critical care, evidence-based practice, implementation science, and professional development. She has experience in teaching in an academic setting and as a research coordinator for clinical trials. She specializes in implementing and sustaining evidence-based practice through culture change, building supportive infrastructures, and running an EBP Fellowship Program. Dr. Jang has presented nationally at conferences and published manuscripts and book chapters on cardiovascular disease, evidence-based practice, and implementation science.
