Dr. Edgar Asiimwe’s background is in general internal medicine. His broad interests are in improving outcomes of colorectal cancer (CRC) for various population sub-groups. His current research is with a multisite collaborative examining the association between modifiable factors, such as nutrition practices, and survival from CRC.
