Don Colburn started at UCSF in 2011 initially as a Subcontract Analyst and then transitioned to a Contracts and Grants Specialist position, both within the Office of Research Administration.  His prior experience includes federal, municipal, non-profit (domestic and international) and private settings, all necessitating language analysis within the bounds of legal precedence.
