Volunteer Clinical Professor of Medicine, University of California San Francisco School of Medicine, legal medicine lecture courses in the Department of Family and Community Medicine (1973 – present). Currently teaches two different legal medicine lecture courses annually. Volunteer Faculty, University of California San Francisco School of Nursing, taught lecture courses on nursing law in the Department of Physiological Nursing (1973 to 1993). Faculty, PBI Education, teaching medical ethics courses and weekly maintenance and accountability seminars primarily as remedial education to clinicians for regulatory and institutional disciplinary requirements (2019 to present), and pharmacy ethics to California pharmacists for pharmacy board and institutional disciplinary requirements (2021 to present). PAST AND PRESENT PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES Medical-Legal Consultant for attorneys in professional negligence, licensing board, family law and criminal law cases (1973 to present). Author, Attorneys Medical Deskbook, 1st through 4th editions (now up to 4 volumes) plus annual Supplements. Thomson-Reuters Publishing Company (1975 to present). Volumes 1–3 contain 40 chapters on medicine. Volume 4 contains extensive medical questionnaires for clients and witnesses. Staff Physician, Student Health Service, University of California San Francisco Medical Center (1973 to 1997). Consultant in Risk Prevention Education, Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Program, Northern California Region (1987 to 1997). Chair, Incident Report Review Committee, University of California San Francisco Medical Center, (1982 to 1995).
