I provide clinical care at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG), where I see patients with any gastroenterological disease and perform endoscopic procedures, including upper endoscopy and colonoscopy. I received additional specialized training in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) during my fellowship through the UCSF Crohn's and Colitis Disease Center.

RESEARCH INTERESTS: I pursue educational research, currently focused on the role of peer teaching in endoscopy education.

TEACHING: I supervise and teach gastroenterology fellows, medical and surgical residents, and medical students, on the GI service and in the GI clinic at ZSFG. I am the director of the student and resident GI electives at ZSFG. I am also a small group facilitator for the medical student REGulatioN (Renal, Endocrine, Gastroenterology, and Nutrition) course and Core Inquiry Curriculum.

OTHER WORK: I am one of the creators of IBDLearn.com, a free, open-access, resource for IBD education.
