Christian is the administrative coordinator for the Fellows Advancement Skills Training in Clinical Research (FAST-CaR) Program, the K-Grant Writing Workshop, the K Scholars Program, the Pre-Health Undergraduate Program (PUP), the Resident Research Training Program (RRTP), and the Stimulating Access to Research in Residency (StARR) Program.

FAST-CaR provides an opportunity for fellows to attend workshops centered around clinical research and share resources and networking possibilities.

The K-Grant Writing Workshop provides an opportunity for trainees to work on their first independent K research award.

The K Scholars Program supports the career development of junior faculty building careers in clinical and translational research by providing didactics, community, support, and feedback.

PUP provides didactic experience to undergraduates who are planning to attend dental, medical, nursing, pharmacy or physical therapy professional schools and have an interest in a career in clinical research.

RRTP presents residents with several resources and opportunities including RRTP Ambassadors, the Designing Clinical Research course, the Resident Research Funding Program, the Resident Research Travel Program, the Resident Research Scholars Program, the Resident Clinical & Translational Research Symposium, and the Clinical & Translational Pathway.

StARR provides a yearlong opportunity for residents to work on an independent research project in any number of disciplines.
