I am a postdoc scholar at Neuroscape, UCSF. I am interested in understanding the neural mechanisms of higher order cognitive functions and dysfunctions in human brains, applying various univariate and multivariate signal processing techniques, statistical methods and machine learning. I am particularly interested in cognitive interventions and their effects on healthy and diseased brains.

As a postdoc scholar, I have worked on rhythm diagnostics (where my goal was to understand how music or rhythm training affects cognitive functions in older adults) and sleep study (where I focused on characterizing different sleep stages and compare between healthy controls and patients diagnosed with various NDDs like PSP, MCI and CBD). I am currently working on a multimodal biosensing project where my objective is to understand and analyze brain states and performances while participants engage in music related and unrelated tasks.
