Benjamin Perez is an accomplished professional with more than 13 years of experience in managing projects and programs for enterprise companies, Big Four consulting firms, and startups. His early career was spent working on SAP implementations for Deloitte and PwC, where he assisted in multiple rollouts and troubleshooting for companies across Mexico, Canada, and the United States.

After earning his MBA degree from Hult International Business School, Benjamin shifted his focus to startups, taking on roles in software implementation, data science, and program management. He worked with companies such as Enforce, Entytle, and Zinier, where he led successful initiatives and helped the startups grow their business and project management practice.
In 2019, Benjamin joined Google as a Program Manager, where he impacted two major teams: Data Science and Android Studio. His responsibilities included standardizing global project management methodology, streamlining project requirements, and promoting project prioritization to boost project completion rates and reduce resource waste.
