He is a recognized subject matter expert on global health governance and health system strengthening, and has provided technical leadership or core contributions to multiple country-level technical assistance and operational engagements. Dr. Hatefi is primarily interested in the provision of global public health goods, particularly related to health system improvement, health in all policies, and health diplomacy and security.
