Dr. Andrea Park is a facial plastic surgeon who cares for patients who have irregularities of the head or neck, whether these conditions are congenital, acquired or results of cancer treatment. Aiming to help her patients look and feel their best, she believes that trust, service and open communication are essential to a thriving patient-physician relationship.

Park has received numerous research awards and has published extensively on her work with nerve injury models and novel treatment options to prevent synkinesis, a condition involving involuntary movements that occurs after nerve injury. The American Laryngological Association recently honored her with a resident research award and invited her to speak at its annual national meeting on her innovative treatment option for a neurological voice disorder.

Park earned her medical degree at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. She completed a residency in otolaryngology at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where she served as co-administrative chief resident and also completed a research fellowship funded by the National Institutes of Health. She completed a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where she trained with the cosmetic surgeons to the stars.

Park is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
