Dr. Kuo practices orthopaedic surgery, teaches, and performs research at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center. His clinical focus is total joint replacement. He is interested in creating new treatments for orthopedic disorders as well as improving the outcomes of orthopaedic treatments. He holds leadership positions locally, regionally, and nationally within the Department of Veterans Affairs.
