Throughout my career, I have authored and co-authored several research publications that explore critical topics in mental and physical health among adolescents, as well as epidemiological studies on cardiovascular disease and diabetes in adults. With a master's and Ph.D. in Public Health from Nagoya University, Japan, my educational background has equipped me with the necessary skills to conduct impactful research and contribute to the understanding of factors influencing health outcomes in diverse populations. Dedicated to advancing public health knowledge and addressing health disparities, my work aims to inform evidence-based strategies and interventions that can improve the well-being of both adolescents and communities.
